All dis-ease and trauma can be seen as a rupture in relationship. Relationship to a sense of secure and safe connection with the inner and outer world.

We humans are naturally resilient. Stress, in moderation can be enlivening and motivating. When it tips into overwhelm it provokes the trauma response driving the nervous system into the fight, flight or faun response.

Woven into the fabric of the universe, we are distinct and not separate from it.

The Circle is a global symbol for connection and wholeness. Our biological & energetic systems are either a coherent or dischordant, body-feelings-mind feedback loop. As an example, when we lengthen our breathing we send the message to those systems that we are safe and all is well.

Modern neurobiology teaches us that we are ‘open systems’ hard wired for attachment. Our nervous system is wired for connection, it has an optimal state of arousal, here is a great illustration by Louise Marra.

Wellbeing can be developed through reconnecting mindfully to our ground of being, body, heart and this Sacred Earth. By bringing into awareness and identifying your resources you support your mental healthyness.

I support you to develop your connections to your sense of purpose, what has meaning and what you value. Encouraging you to come into right-relationship with the natural world (link here) including your own receptive and intuitive body.

Sessions are opportunities to step out of the everyday into a space that is set apart, where you can re-integrate your experience in a way that supports your sense of grounding and growth. I hold maps, models and practices to guide you into states of self-awareness, insight, self-care and celebration of life.
